8 lasagna noodles
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare the Pasta Chips: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the lasagna noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain the noodles and rinse them under cold water to cool. Lay them flat on a clean dish towel to dry completely.
Cut the Noodles: Once dried, cut each lasagna noodle into triangles or strips, aiming for uniform pieces.
Season the Chips: In a large bowl, combine the cut noodles with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until all pieces are evenly coated.
Air Fry the Pasta Chips: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the seasoned pasta chips in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
