  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the pineapple chunks, honey, cinnamon, melted butter or coconut oil (if using), and a pinch of salt. Toss until the pineapple is evenly coated.
  3. Place the coated pineapple chunks in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding to ensure even cooking.
  4. Cook the pineapple chunks for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
