1 medium pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into 1-inch chunks
2 tablespoons honey (adjust for sweetness)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon melted butter or coconut oil (optional)
a pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat the Air Fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine the pineapple chunks, honey, cinnamon, melted butter or coconut oil (if using), and a pinch of salt. Toss until the pineapple is evenly coated.
Place the coated pineapple chunks in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding to ensure even cooking.
Cook the pineapple chunks for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Once cooked, carefully remove the pineapple chunks from the air fryer and serve warm, drizzled with extra honey or topped with yogurt or whipped cream.
