  1. Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the chicken broth, heavy cream, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
  3. Cover the slow cooker with its lid and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, add the fresh broccoli florets on top of the chicken.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, shred it using two forks right in the slow cooker.
  6. Cook the pasta separately according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  7. Stir the cooked pasta into the slow cooker mixture along with the grated parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
  8. Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper as needed. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
