Ingredients
Scale:
2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
2 cups blueberries
1 cup whipped cream or Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
2 pounds ground beef (80/20 blend recommended)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
8 burger buns
8 slices of cheddar cheese
Lettuce, tomato, and onion for toppings
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
½ cup strawberries, pureed
½ cup blueberries, pureed
Fresh fruit for garnishing
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine sliced strawberries and blueberries, gently mixing to avoid crushing the berries.
In a separate bowl, mix whipped cream or Greek yogurt with honey until combined, ensuring a smooth blend.
Gently fold the whipped cream mixture into the fruit until evenly coated, taking care to keep the fruit intact. Serve chilled, garnished with fresh mint leaves.
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
Divide the mixture into eight equal portions and shape into patties, making a slight indentation in the center.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill patties for about 6-7 minutes on each side. Add cheese slices during the last minute of grilling.
Serve on toasted burger buns with lettuce, tomato, and onion.
Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press into the bottom of each muffin liner.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add sour cream and mix until just combined.
Divide the mixture into three bowls. In one, mix in pureed strawberries, in another, mix in pureed blueberries, leaving the third uncolored.
Spoon the mixtures into the lined muffin tin layer to create a red, white, and blue effect. Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
