- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 cups vanilla pudding
- 1 pound angel food cake, cut into cubes
- 2 cups whipped cream
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- Extra berries for topping
- Colored sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- In a large glass trifle bowl, layer half of the angel food cake cubes at the bottom.
- Spread one cup of vanilla pudding over the cake layer, smoothing it out evenly.
- Add a layer of mixed berries, distributing them evenly over the pudding.
- Top the berry layer with half of the whipped cream, spreading it to cover the berries completely.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining cake, pudding, berries, and whipped cream.
- Finish with a layer of whipped cream on top and garnish with extra berries and mint leaves.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
