  2. Spread one cup of vanilla pudding over the cake layer, smoothing it out evenly.
  3. Add a layer of mixed berries, distributing them evenly over the pudding.
  4. Top the berry layer with half of the whipped cream, spreading it to cover the berries completely.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining cake, pudding, berries, and whipped cream.
  6. Finish with a layer of whipped cream on top and garnish with extra berries and mint leaves.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
