2 cups fresh spinach, chopped (or 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained)
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
Add the chopped spinach, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using) to the bowl. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
Transfer the spinach mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the remaining shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
