4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Lightly grease a baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
Cut the peaches in half, removing the pits.
Place the peach halves cut-side up in the prepared baking dish and drizzle lemon juice over them.
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the peaches.
